We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To request a refund, email us at support@tuesdayglow.com with your order number and a short description of your concern.
Depending on the situation, we may request a photo of the product, packaging, or issue to help us process your request.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, repeated refund claims, fraud, or misuse of the policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tuesdayglow.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products may not always be eligible for return unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee or required by applicable consumer law.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
UK, Ireland & EU Customers
Customers in the UK, Ireland, and EU may have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order, unless an exception applies. After notifying us of cancellation, you may have a further period to return the goods in accordance with applicable law. Products must be returned in a condition that allows resale unless the issue is due to fault, damage, or legal rights that apply. Australian Customers
